Risto Hinno

Risto Hinno is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in data science, product management, and public sector advisory roles. Currently employed at LHV as a Data Scientist/Product Manager since September 2025, Risto previously held the position of Chief Feeling Scientist at Feelingstream from August 2018 to July 2025, and served as a Developer there from June 2017 to May 2018. Earlier in Risto's career, advisory work at the Ministry of Economic Affairs and Communications spanned from September 2013 to June 2017, focusing on creating a unified approach for e-services in the public sector. Additionally, Risto contributed to the Estonian Tax and Customs Board, first as a Chief Specialist from May 2010 to September 2013, working on the development of e-services and process analysis, followed by a role as a Specialist serving business clients. Risto holds a Master's degree in IT and an MBA in Business Administration from the University of Tartu, as well as a Bachelor's degree in Taxation and Customs from the Estonian Academy of Security Sciences.
