Henri Raadi

Henri Raadi is an accomplished design leader with extensive experience in product design and user experience across various industries, including banking, automotive, and technology. Currently serving as the Lead Designer at LHV Bank since June 2025, Henri directs the design of the bank's mobile app and contributes to the LHV design system. Previously, at Zendesk, a design lead role focused on AI-powered customer service solutions was held. Prior experience includes leadership positions at Topia, where team mentoring and process establishment were key responsibilities, along with a foundational role in UX design at SAIC Motor UK. Earlier experience at Jaguar Land Rover involved HMI development and project engineering, paired with an initial graduate program in software engineering. Henri holds a Master of Engineering in Electronics and Electrical Engineering with Management from The University of Edinburgh.
