Sarah Zibbel

Sarah Zibbel is the Senior Vice President and Chief Human Resources Officer at Libbey. Sarah has over fifteen years of experience in human resources and has held HR leadership positions at several major corporations, including O-I, Rexam, Owens Corning, and MedCorp Inc.

Sarah is a highly effective HR leader who excels at developing and executing strategies that improve organizational effectiveness and create a positive employee experience. Sarah is known for their ability to build strong relationships with employees and management, and their deep knowledge of all aspects of HR.

Under Sarah's leadership, the HR team at Libbey has made great progress in improving employee engagement and retention, and in developing programs to support the company's growth goals. Sarah is passionate about their work and is dedicated to making Libbey a great place to work for all employees.

Sarah Zibbel has a Bachelor of Arts in Communication Management and Sociology from the University of Dayton. Sarah also has an Executive Masters of Business Administration in International Business from Bowling Green State University.

Sarah Zibbel reports to Michael P. Bauer, CEO. They work with Antoine Jordans - President, General Manager, Europe, Middle East and Africa (EMEA), William Mossing - Senior Vice President, Chief Supply Chain Officer, and Pablo Villarreal - President, General Manager, Latin America and Mexico (LatAm).
