Sameer Mistry has a diverse work experience in the healthcare industry. Sameer currently serves as the Chief of Staff at Providence Little Company Of Mary Medical Center San Pedro, a role they started in 2023. Prior to this, they worked as the Chief Financial Officer at Southern California Emergency Medical Group starting from 2020.

Sameer has had a long tenure at Providence Little Company of Mary San Pedro Medical Center, where they began as a Physician in Emergency Medicine in 1995. In 2018, Sameer pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) with a focus on Health/Health Care Administration/Management from the University of Massachusetts Amherst, completing their degree in 2021.

Additionally, Sameer Mistry has obtained several certifications. In 2014, they became a Certified Physician Executive through the American Association for Physician Leadership. In 2016, they obtained Emergency Medicine Certification from the American Board of Emergency Medicine. Furthermore, Sameer completed the Emergency Department Director's Academy program offered by the American College of Emergency Physicians in 2010.
