Paul Gilligan

Paul Gilligan is an experienced project management and quantity surveying professional with a robust background in the construction industry. Currently serving as Project Manager at Liberty Industrial since October 2018, Paul has held various roles within the company, including Senior Project Engineer and Project Engineer. Prior experience includes positions as Contracts Administrator at CPB Contractors and Quantity Surveyor roles at T E Scudder, Volker Stevin, and J.Murphy & Sons Ltd.
