Catherine T. Dooley

Catherine Dooley is Vice President, Sr. Talent Advisor for Liberty Mutual Surety. She is responsible for the development and execution of the global surety talent strategy, focused on attracting, developing and retaining top- tier surety professionals. In 2002 Catherine joined Ohio Casualty Insurance company, which was later acquired by Liberty Mutual, and assumed the role of Assistant Vice President of Corporate Employee Relations, Employment and Events. Catherine holds multiple professional designations, including Sr. Professional Human Resources and Certified Compensation Professional. She assumed her current role with Liberty Mutual Surety in 2008.
