Hani Rizkalla

Hani Rizkalla is Sr. Vice President, Manager of Field Operations, Global Risks. He oversees field operations for Liberty Mutual Surety’s surety operations outside of the United States. Hani joined Safeco Surety in 1983 as a Surety Claims Representative in the Los Angeles, CA field office. Until 1997 he managed surety claims in southern California. In October 1997 Hani became a Regional Surety Claims Manager and relocated to Seattle, WA. In 2005 he assumed Field Operations responsibility for Safeco Surety’s western region. After Liberty’s acquisition of Safeco, he continued in the same role until 2017 when he was appointed Manager of Global Field Operations
