Roger Wamba

Roger Wamba, MCP - Azure - AWS Certified, serves as an Information Technology Specialist in Cloud Computing at the Library of Congress since November 2022, acting as a subject matter expert for hybrid cloud solutions. Previously, Roger held roles at Deloitte as a Specialist Master/Technical Lead and at the US Department of Transportation and US Department of State as a Technical Lead, focusing on system architecture, project management, and cloud migration strategies. Earlier experience includes leadership positions in software development and engineering at organizations such as Northwest Federal Credit Union and Canadian Blood Services. Roger holds a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science from Drake University, graduate research experience in Management Information Systems from Harvard University, and a specialization certificate in Bioinformatics from UC San Diego.
