Ionela Sulugiuc

Ionela Sulugiuc is a seasoned HR professional currently serving as the National Head of HR at Lidl România since February 2020, while also being an Executive Board member. Previous roles include Director of HR Business Partner Regional at Lidl, and a series of managerial positions at The HEINEKEN Company, Marks and Spencer, Depanero, and Vodafone, focusing on areas such as rewards, compensations, and business partnerships across various sectors. Ionela began a career in project management with ACTIV Charitable Association, implementing developmental programs for individuals with special needs. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from Universitatea „Alexandru Ioan Cuza” din Iași, various coaching certifications, and an upcoming Executive MBA from UNC Kenan-Flagler Business School.
