David Wood

David Wood is a seasoned executive with extensive experience in the pharmaceutical and dietary supplement industries. Currently serving as Chairman and CEO at Experic since May 2021, David oversees advanced manufacturing and packaging technologies for pharmaceutical development. In addition, David holds a board member position at Lief Labs, fostering partnerships with entrepreneurial firms. David's previous roles include Chief Executive Officer at CAPTEK™ Softgel International, where oversight involved more than 700 employees and significant annual sales, and Director at National Enzyme Company, contributing to the successful exit to a strategic buyer. David has also provided strategic consulting, managed global operations, and enhanced efficiencies in various prestigious organizations, including Catalent Pharma Solutions and Cardinal Health. David holds a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from Western University and furthered education at Northwestern University's Kellogg School of Management.
