Jessica Spates

Jessica Spates serves as the Business Services Technology Manager at Life Time Inc. since October 2014, where responsibilities include acting as a ServiceNow Product Owner for Finance, engaging in project management, and participating on the ServiceNow Governance Committee. Previously, Jessica held the role of Technical Lead in Business Services, overseeing IT projects and serving as a ServiceNow Administrator, focusing on enhancing processes in Finance and Procurement. Jessica's earlier experience includes serving as Finance Project Manager, where program evaluations and training initiatives were critical to maximizing effectiveness. Prior experience at Kemmetmueller Photography Inc. as Studio Manager involved planning and supporting events, as well as training staff. Jessica holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Corporate Financial Education and SOP from South Dakota State University.
