Jim Myers

VP, Customer Enablement at Lifesize

Jim Myers is currently the VP of Customer Enablement at Lifesize. Prior to this, they were the Senior Vice President of Global Operations at Sutherland Global Services from January 2011 to December 2016. In this role, they were responsible for managing a $600M direct operational budget and implementing global standards and practices. Jim also launched an omni channel services platform supporting seven verticals and a dozen service channels. Under their leadership, new client volume tripled, new business and project revenue increased, and employee engagement improved.

Some of the key clients Jim has worked with include MetLife, USAA, Aflac, Hanover, Dept. of Veteran Affairs, Spotify, Uber, Amazon, Microsoft, AT&T, Intuit, Airbnb, StubHub, KLA, Schlumberger, Nordstrom's, Citi, HUD and others.

Jim Myers has a certification from COPC and a certification in SOX.
