Kern Luhman

Kern Luhman, CPA has extensive work experience in accounting and finance. Kern started their career at EY in 2007, where they worked as a Manager and later as a Senior Manager until 2021. Kern then moved on to work at LifeStance Health as the Director of Technical Accounting in 2021 and was later promoted to Sr Director of Technical Accounting in 2023. Kern also served as a Member of the Board of Directors at Communities In Schools of Seattle from 2018 to 2021.

Kern Luhman, CPA, holds a Bachelor of Science (BS) in Accounting from The University of Montana - College of Business and a Master's degree in Accounting from the University of Washington - Michael G. Foster School of Business. Kern is also a Certified Public Accountant registered by the Washington State Board of Accountancy.
