Mutiara Siregar is an MBA candidate at Harvard Business School with a strong focus on early-stage venture capital investing across diverse industries and regions. They bring extensive experience as a supply chain manager in the consumer goods sector, having held various roles at Procter & Gamble, including managing demand planning and leading supply chain projects for significant product portfolios. Currently, Mutiara serves as Chief of Staff to the CEO at LifeStyles Healthcare and has previously interned at notable companies such as Illumina and Johnson & Johnson. Mutiara also gained venture capital experience as an MBA Intern with Draper Associates and NextGen Growth Partners. They earned their Bachelor's Degree in Materials Science and Engineering with highest distinction from Nanyang Technological University.
