Kirk Nord

Kirk Nord currently serves as Vice President and Assistant General Counsel at LifeVantage Corporation, focusing on SEC Reporting and Compliance, Corporate Governance, and International Business Development among other areas. In addition, Kirk Nord operates the Kirk R Nord Legal Group, providing general and corporate counsel for clients in Technology, Cryptocurrency, Collections, and Real Estate. Previous roles include Director of Government and Regulatory Affairs for Comcast in Oregon and Southwest Washington, as well as positions in Utah and Arizona. Kirk Nord also held leadership roles at McVeigh Performance Group and served as Assistant City Attorney for both Ogden City and Spanish Fork City. Educational qualifications include a Juris Doctorate from SMU Dedman School of Law and dual Bachelor’s degrees in International Relations and German from Brigham Young University.
