Kassi Kelley

Kassi Kelley has been working in the Human Resources field since 2008. Kassi began their career at Brocade as a Global HR Generalist and Global People Operations & Engineering Operations Administrator, where they provided operational and project support for engineering and human resources, managed engineering department administration, and launched and recruited for the Broomfield B-Involved Community Affairs Committee. Kassi also served as a Site HR Coordinator for the Information Technology department, managing local Site corporate social responsibility, site celebrations and employee perk programs. In 2015, they took on the role of Global HR Business Partner and Talent Manager for Worldwide Sales and Worldwide Engineering at Brocade. In 2019, they moved to Vertiv as a Global HR Business Partner. Most recently, they have been working as a Global People Operations Manager, Partner and Consultant at Quora, and Global HR Director and Global HR Business Partner and Consultant at Lightbend, Inc.

Kassi Kelley obtained their Bachelor of Arts in Economics (Business & Premed) from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign in 2005. Kassi then attended the University of Denver - Daniels College of Business, where they studied Global Human Resources Management. Finally, in 2019, they obtained their Master of Human Resources and Industrial Relations (MHRIR) from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign, School of Labor and Employment Relations. Additionally, they hold a SHRM-SCP certification from SHRM.
