Shikhar Dayama

Shikhar Dayama is currently serving as the AVP of Investments at Lighthouse Canton since August 2025. Prior to this role, Shikhar held positions as an Associate in Investments at BlackSoil from November 2023 to July 2025 and as an Investment Banking Associate at KPMG India from April 2022 to October 2023. Additional experience includes roles as a Senior Analyst in Structured Finance and Portfolio Management at NatWest from May 2019 to March 2022, and as an Article Trainee at Chaturvedi & Shah from September 2015 to August 2018. Shikhar is a Chartered Accountant, having studied at The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India from 2014 to 2018, and also holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree in Accounting and Finance from the University of Mumbai. Further qualifications include education at the CFA Institute and the NSE Academy, focusing on equity research, fundamental analysis, and investments.
