Lisa Wrisley

Lisa Wrisley, CRCM, AAP, currently serves as Vice President of Risk Management at Lighthouse Credit Union since January 2025. With extensive experience in compliance and risk management, Lisa has held key roles including Compliance Manager and Vice President at Enterprise Bank, overseeing the bank-wide compliance program and regulatory changes, and SVP Senior Compliance and Risk Officer at Fidelity Cooperative Bank, managing the regulatory Compliance Program and chairing the Management Risk Audit & Compliance Committee. Previous positions include Vice President and Director of Operational Risk at Admirals Bank, where Lisa developed risk management programs, and Director of Risk Management & Internal Audit at Hampshire First Bank, managing internal audit and operational risk programs. Lisa's career began at Capital Crossing Bank, where responsibilities included risk management and deposit services. Lisa holds a B.A. in Political Science and Spanish from the University of Rochester.
