Lisa O Carroll

Lisa O Carroll is an experienced planning professional with a strong background in local government and administrative roles. Currently serving as an Executive Planner for Limerick City and County Council, Lisa has previously held positions including Assistant Planner at Kerry County Council and Administrative Support at Kerry Local Enterprise Office. Lisa's career also includes clerical officer roles at both Kerry County Council and James Connolly Memorial Hospital. Educational qualifications include a degree from the University of Limerick, completed between 1998 and 2002, and additional training at ECEI from 2012 to 2013.
