Bryan Olivier

Bryan Olivier, CPLP, is an experienced instructional designer and e-Learning consultant with a robust background in creating engaging training solutions. At Lincoln Financial Group since May 2018, Bryan focuses on instructional design and e-Learning development for internal sales teams and external group benefits customers. Prior experience includes a role as Senior Instructional Designer at Liberty Mutual Insurance, where Bryan emphasized eLearning for sales enablement, and a leadership position at LTC Partners as Senior Training and QA Lead, managing a team in instructional design and training delivery. Additional roles span consulting and training positions at the Academy for Corporate Excellence and Shaw's Supermarkets. Bryan holds an MBA in Management/Change Management from Bentley University, a BA in History/Sociology from the University of New Hampshire, and an AAS in Visual Design and Communications from the Academy of Design & Technology at McIntosh College.
