Simon Reeve

Simon Reeve currently serves as the Head of IT & Digital at Lincolnshire Co-op, leading the Technology function for a diverse co-operative society with over 220 trading outlets. Prior experience includes positions at Wilko as Head of Engineering and Architecture and Head of Solution Delivery and Software Engineering, where Simon was accountable for technical solutions and IT change delivery. Additionally, Simon held various roles at Boots UK, including Senior Delivery Manager, overseeing IT Delivery for the healthcare domain, and earlier roles at Citi, FICO, and Nortel Networks. Simon holds a BSc in Computer Science and Software Engineering from the University of Birmingham.
