Luiz Oliveira

Luiz Oliveira is the current VP of Operations Excellence & Productivity at Linde. Prior to this, they served as the Vice President of Global IT Solutions at Praxair from January 2007 to May 2017. In this role, they were responsible for global IT solutions and applications for all Praxair businesses and regions, including North America, Asia, South America, and Europe. Before Praxair, Oliveira served as the Vice President of Operations at White Martins from January 2001 to January 2007. In this role, they were responsible for a $700M operation in 9 countries in South America, including Brazil, Colombia, Peru, Venezuela, Argentina, Chile, Bolivia, Uruguay, and Paraguay. This included logistics, IT, procurement, shared services, productivity, and service business.

Luiz Oliveira is a mechanical engineer with an executive MBA from Coppead - Federal University of Rio de Janeiro. Luiz has a bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering from the same school. Luiz is currently pursuing an executive education at the University of Michigan - Stephen M. Ross School of Business.

They are on a team with Susan Stevenson - President NuCO2, John Panikar - EVP, APAC, and Fabricio Nunes - Chief Compliance Officer. Luiz Oliveira reports to Sanjiv Lamba, Chief Executive Officer.
