David L.

David L. has worked in the tech industry for over two decades. From 2000 to 2008, they were a Backend Development Engineer at Tencent, where they were responsible for the development and maintenance of the company's website, implementation and testing, and maintenance and upgrading of the existing website. From 2008 to present, they have worked at Linden Lab, where they have held various roles, including Metaverse Senior Engineering Manager, Senior Engineering Manager, Team Lead, Extraction, and Software Engineer. In their role as Team Lead, Extraction, they worked with their team to develop golang REST apis that solve the needs of Second Life and Sansar, and created a stakeholders meeting to help keep various internal stakeholders apprised of progress and priorities.

David L. attended Xiamen University from 1996 to 2000, where they earned a Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering and Science. David then attended Columbia University from 2004 to 2006, where they earned a Master of Computer Applications - MCA with a major in Mathematics and Computational Finance.
