Frank S. has over 10 years of professional experience in the IT and customer service industries. Frank also served as a Linux System Administrator, managing the patch deployment of their main product, 'Second Life', to thousands of servers. In 2013, Frank worked as an Information Security Analyst for the USDA, conducting Security Assessments for Federal Information Security Systems. From 2012 to 2013, they were a Service Desk Technician at Latisys, where they were offered a promotion to Team Lead and earned the respect and trust of their CEO and executives. In 2011, Frank worked as a NOC Technician Tier 1/Data Center Technician at Net2EZ and a Help Desk Analyst/Service Technician at RCG Inc. In 2010, they were a Respite Care Provider for Public Partnerships, LLC. From 2008 to 2010, Frank was an IT Assistant/Writing Center & ESL Tutor at Northern Virginia Community College. In 2008, they began attending the University of Mary Washington, where they earned a Bachelor of Arts in English in 2011. Frank has since obtained several certifications, including Amazon Web Services SysOps Administrator - Associate (2021), Amazon Web Services Solutions Architect Associate (2020), CompTIA Security+ ce (2016), Red Hat Certified System Administrator (2016), and Cisco Certified Network Associate (2011).
