Frank S. has over 10 years of professional experience in the IT and customer service industries. In 2005, they worked as a Store Clerk at Twinbrook Gifts, Cards, and Jewelry.

Frank S. graduated from Lake Braddock Secondary in 2006 with a High School Diploma. In 2008, they began attending the University of Mary Washington, where they earned a Bachelor of Arts in English in 2011. That same year, they completed a job market training course at Job Market Training LLC. Frank has since obtained several certifications, including Amazon Web Services SysOps Administrator - Associate (2021), Amazon Web Services Solutions Architect Associate (2020), CompTIA Security+ ce (2016), Red Hat Certified System Administrator (2016), and Cisco Certified Network Associate (2011).
