Kristina Tollbo

Kristina Tollbo is an experienced HR professional currently serving as HR-chef at Lindholmen Science Park since October 2025, where the role focuses on driving and developing strategic and operational HR activities, ensuring sustainable HR processes and a supportive organizational culture. Prior to this, Kristina held the position of HR and Recruitment Manager at Together Tech from February 2016 to October 2025, overseeing areas including administration, sales support, and quality. Kristina has also worked as an HR Consultant at Renova AB, an HR Manager at Esab AB, an HR-specialist through Manpower, and Head of Recruitment/HR Specialist at Newsec Asset Management. The foundational career began as a Researcher/Consultant at TRANSEARCH International Sweden AB. Kristina holds a Bachelor's degree in Work and Organizational Psychology from the University of Gothenburg, earned between 1992 and 1996.
