Gaurav Zibbu currently serves as the General Manager & Site Leader - Americas at Lingaro, where responsibilities include leading business expansion and fostering partnerships across the region. Previously, Gaurav held significant roles at Tredence Inc., such as the Head of the Databricks Business Unit, focusing on strategic growth and operational leadership, and as the RCG Growth Leader. Gaurav's experience spans various leadership positions in sales strategy, relationship management, and consulting within the Consumer Products and Retail sectors at companies like LTIMindtree, Mindtree, Nagarro, Brillio, Capgemini, Cognizant, and Genpact. Gaurav holds a Master's degree in Information Technology from Virginia Tech and an MBA from SPJIMR, along with specialized training in negotiation and leadership from Harvard Law School.
