Janine Rolfe

Janine Rolfe is the current General Counsel and Company Secretary at Link Group. Janine has also worked with Cloudwerx, the Department of Enterprise, Investment and Trade, and PEXA. Rolfe became a Non-Executive Director of PEXA in January 2020 and served on both the Remuneration, Nomination & HR Committee and the Audit & Risk Committee. In July 2021, they were also elected as a Link Group nominee director of Torrens Group Holdings Pty Limited (now PEXA Group Limited), the ultimate holding company of PEXA.

Prior to their work with PEXA, Rolfe served as a Non-Executive Director for Bothar Group - Bothar Boring & Tunnelling from March 2015 to May 2017. During their time with the company, they were a member of the People & Nomination Committee and the Audit & Risk Committee. Rolfe also has experience working in project management and advisory roles. Janine served as a Project Executive with Link Group from March 2006 to July 2021 and as Legal Counsel & Assistant Company Secretary with Qantas from August 2002 to March 2006.

Janine Rolfe has a background in both economics and law, having completed a Bachelor of Economics and a Bachelor of Laws - LLB (Honours) at the University of Sydney. Janine also has a Company Directors Course from the Australian Institute of Company Directors.
