Drushti Gandhi is currently serving as the Director and HR Change Management Lead at LinkedIn since November 2021. Prior to this role, Drushti worked at EY as a Senior Manager in People Advisory Services from June 2013 to November 2021. Drushti began a career at Enterprise Holdings Inc. in various management positions from September 2007 to August 2011, excelling in managing retail operations, enhancing employee morale, and driving revenue growth. Drushti holds a Master of Business Administration in Human Capital from USC Marshall School of Business and a Bachelor of Science in Biochemistry and Cell Biology from UC San Diego.
