Throughout their career, Luca has also worked as a Docente at ANCI Piemonte, a Researcher at SiTI, a Junior Project Manager at SOGES S.p.A., and a Research Assistant at ASVAPP. Luca's educational background includes a Master's Degree in Public Policy and Social Change from Collegio Carlo Alberto and a degree in European Studies from Università degli Studi di Torino.
