Paula Burley

Paula Burley currently serves as the Director of Training & Development at Linn Area Credit Union, a position held since September 2016, where responsibilities include overseeing the Training & Development staff and initiatives. As a volunteer with the ATD Hawkeye Chapter since December 2020, Paula has engaged in multiple leadership roles within community organizations, including the Faith Lutheran Church and Girl Scouts of America, among others. Previously, from January 2004 to September 2016, Paula held various management positions at Eddie Bauer, including Store Manager and Training Store Manager for the Central Region, after initially joining the company in 1994. Paula earned a Bachelor’s degree in Home Economics in Business with a focus on Fashion Merchandising from the University of Northern Iowa and completed an earlier degree in Fashion Merchandising from Ellsworth Community College.
