Tamar Kiknadze

Tamar Kiknadze serves as the IT Processes Control Manager at Bank of Georgia since November 2023. Previously, Tamar held the position of KYC Quality Lead at adjarabet.com | aPeople from 2020 to November 2023, where responsibilities included analyzing customer verification processes, evaluating KYC quality, and developing training solutions for the Customer Service Team. Tamar also worked as a Coash, focusing on customer support and experience optimization. Earlier experience includes serving as a Compliance Officer at MBC • ემბისი from 2018 to 2019. Tamar is currently pursuing an MBA at Università degli Studi della Tuscia and a Master’s degree in Business Administration and Modern Technologies at BTU, alongside a Master’s degree in Law from Caucasus International University and a Bachelor's degree in Law from Tbilisi State University.
