Zain Sayed is the Vice President of Real Estate Asset Management at Lionstone Investments. Zain has been with the company since June 2016 and has been instrumental in overseeing all asset management operations within the Central Region. Zain has a proven ability to execute property value enhancement and turnaround strategies with a strong track record of driving asset returns.

Some of Zain's notable accomplishments include managing over $2.0 billion in development, value-add, and core assets located in the Central U.S. encompassing 8.7 million square feet of commercial space and over 2,600 residential units. Zain has also prepared annual business plans and presented quarterly updates to investors covering asset strategies, lease plans, and annual operating and capital budgets. In addition, Zain has supervised existing and new operating partner relationships and third-party leasing/management teams.

Looking to the future, Zain is spearheading leasing and asset management technology solutions to improve property data analytics and reporting. Zain is also in the process of designing and implementing training programs for new employees covering asset management processes, market research, return projection modeling, and lease review analysis.

Zain Sayed has a Bachelor's degree in Economics from Georgetown University. Zain is currently a Master's of Data Science candidate at Northwestern University and will soon have a Master's degree in Real Estate from New York University.

Their manager is Jane Page, CEO. They work with Frank Ortiz - MD & Head, Real Estate Asset Management, Greg Murphy - VP, Real Estate Portfolio Management, and John Schaefer - MD & Head, Land & Development. and Anne Marie Ratliff - Director, Real Estate Asset Management reports to Zain Sayed.
