Matt Borkmann

Matt Borkmann has extensive experience in lean management and logistics leadership, currently serving as the Director of Lean- CPG at Lippert since August 2012. Key responsibilities include coaching and mentoring lean leaders, developing training programs, and leading various committees. Previously held roles at Lippert include Logistics and Inventory Leader, Director of Lean, Project Manager/Automations Team Leader, and Plant Manager/Start Up Manager, where significant achievements included maintaining SOX compliance on substantial inventory and implementing improvements in production efficiency. Borkmann also served as a Captain in the Ohio National Guard and a Lieutenant in the U.S. Army, focusing on operations management and compliance. Educational credentials include a Project Management Professional certification and a Six Sigma Black Belt, along with a B.S. in Business Management from Xavier University.
