Marisa Nowicki, MSPPM, is a seasoned Behavioral Designer with extensive experience in global development focusing on agriculture, sustainability, and human rights. Currently employed at Lirio as a Behavioral Designer since August 2024, Marisa previously held the position of Senior Behavioral Designer at ideas42 from September 2021 to August 2024. Marisa began their career as an Associate Behavioral Designer at ideas42, contributing to initiatives on value-aligned donations and human rights before serving as a Leland International Hunger Fellow at the Congressional Hunger Center. Marisa's expertise also includes roles as a Policy Analyst and Behavior Change Specialist at Bioversity International, and experience with the U.S. Department of State, WORLD WIDE OPPORTUNITIES ON ORGANIC FARMS, and US Congress. Marisa earned a Master’s in Public Policy and Management from Carnegie Mellon University, with a concentration in International Trade and Development, and holds a Bachelor’s of Science in Applied Behavior Analysis and Psychology from the University of North Texas.
