John Lofy

As Managing Director of Transactional, John Lofy is responsible for leading the transaction management business at Litera. He uses his extensive experience leading customer teams to deliver the market leading deal management solution and a world class customer experience to transactional deal teams across the globe – by helping them close deals faster, easier, and with less risk.

Prior to joining Litera, John was a key part of senior management teams at HighQ and Lexmark Enterprise Software.
