Eric Landt

Eric Landt currently serves as the General Manager at Little Gem Resorts since January 2024. Previously, Eric held the position of Managing Director/General Manager at White Elephant Resorts from April 2002 to December 2023, where oversight included operations of a luxury property achieving significant annual revenue. Prior to that, Eric was the Innkeeper/General Manager at Castle Hotel & Spa, enhancing operational performance and managing a substantial budget. Eric began the career as a Management Trainee at Waldorf Astoria New York and worked as an Engineering Consultant for Hawaiian Hotels & Resorts. Educational credentials include an Associate of Arts degree from Cuesta College and studies at San Diego State University.
