Sarah Armstrong

Sarah Armstrong is the VP of Operations & Finance at Livepeer. Prior to joining Livepeer, Sarah was an observer on the boards of Yellow Card App and Satispay. Sarah also spent time at Cash App as the Global Ecosystem Lead for EMEA, overseeing growth, M&A, and investments.

Before their time at Cash App, Sarah was the Deal Lead for Corporate Development at Block. During their time at Block, Sarah was responsible for M&A and strategic investments. Prior to Block, Sarah worked as a Manager for Corporate Development at Samsung Electronics. At Samsung, Sarah worked in the Samsung Strategy & Innovation Center focusing on M&A and strategy.

Sarah began their career as an Associate at AEP Capital, a private equity and advisory firm focused on acquisitions and investments in the media, entertainment, communications, and business services industries. Sarah then spent a summer as an analyst at Milestone Venture Partners (now Activate Venture Partners).

Sarah Armstrong has a Master of Business Administration in Finance from the University of Rochester - Simon Business School and B.S. in Applied Mathematics and B.A. in Philosophy from UC Santa Barbara.
