Volker Kueffel

Volker Kueffel is a seasoned engineer with extensive experience in software architecture and voice analytics. Currently serving as Principal Engineer and Lead Architect for Voice Analytics at LivePerson since January 2022, Volker previously held the position of Director of Architecture at VoiceBase, Inc., where contributions included designing a voice recording and real-time analytics system. Volker's career also encompasses roles as Software Architect at Nanigans, where significant advancements were made in real-time bidding systems, and at inPowered, focusing on the transformation of data platforms. With a foundation in software engineering from early roles at WorldRes and Telemedia Gmbh, Volker's technical expertise is complemented by a Master's degree in Physics from the University of Duisburg-Essen.
