Joyita Poddar

Joyita Poddar is the current Chief Human Resources Officer at Livspace. Prior to this, they were with CCPC Global as a Certified Solutions Focused Coach from April 2017 to April 2018. Before that, they were with Sabre Corporation from February 2010 to March 2018, where they held the position of Senior Director Human Resources for Sabre Inc, APAC.

Joyita started their career with Bricoleur Consulting Pte Ltd in January 2009 as Director. The company is derived from the French word 'Bricolage' meaning a creative outcome with resources available at hand. Bricoleur Consulting focuses on organizational issues, corporate strategy, employer/corporate branding, and culture development.

In March 2005, Joyita joined eBay as Head Human Resources and held this position until January 2009. Prior to eBay, they were with Star TV Network as Sr Manager from January 2003 to December 2005.

Joyita Poddar completed a PGDM in HR from SYMBIOSIS INTERNATIONAL UNIVERSITY and a B Com in Commerce from Mount Carmet College.

Their manager is Anuj Srivastava, Co-Founder & CEO. Joyita Poddar works with Abhishek Kasina - Director, Product Management, Saurabh Agarwal - CFO, and Rohit Modi - Head of Product & Growth.
