Ron Sabatino

Ron Sabatino is a Director of Sales Operations at LIXIL, where they have been supporting a $400M+ annual quoted pipeline since 2022. With over 20 years of experience, Ron has previously served as a Manager of Sales Operations, evolving the Sales Support function into a more analytical organization and achieving significant improvements in forecasting accuracy and performance metrics. They began their career in various demand planning roles at American Standard Brands, supporting both U.S. and Canadian markets. Currently, Ron pursues a Bachelor of Business Administration at Rutgers University–Newark.
