Holly Evans

Holly Evans is currently the Business Support Manager to the Managing Director of Mortgage Intermediaries at Lloyds Banking Group, where they provide strategic and operational support to enhance customer experience and promote positive changes in the UK housing market. Previously, Holly worked as a Data Analyst Apprentice, delivering data-driven insights and supporting colleagues in data literacy. They began their career with a brief marketing work experience at The Midnight Club and gained customer service skills as a barista and waitress at Fleur de Thé. Holly has been recognized as ‘Higher Apprentice of the Year’ and ‘Apprenticeship Ambassador of the Year,’ highlighting their commitment to apprenticeships and inclusion.
