Sara Weller

With a background in retail and associated sectors, including financial services, Sara brings a broad perspective to the Board. She has strong board governance experience including investor relations and remuneration. Sara is a strong advocate of customers, the community, financial inclusion and the development of digital skills all of which directly support Lloyds Banking Group’s strategy. Sara has considerable experience of boards at both executive and non-executive level. She has an MA in Chemistry from Oxford University.
