Kristen Riley is currently the Principal at LMN Architects. Kristen has extensive experience in Human Resources, having served as the Director at Open Window School from January 2013 to July 2019. Prior to that, they were the Benefits Manager at Perkins Coie LLP from January 2004 to April 2011. Before that, they were the Team Leader at Northern Trust Retirement Consulting from January 2000 to December 2003. Kristen began their career in customer service at Mutual of America from January 1998 to December 2000.

Kristen Riley has a Master's degree in Labor and Employment Law from Tulane University Law School, a Bachelor of Arts in Theirtory from Pacific Lutheran University, and certification from INTERCULTURAL DEVELOPMENT INVENTORY, LLC (IDI, LLC) as an Intercultural Development Inventory (IDI) Qualified Administrator. Kristen also has certification from SHRM as a SHRM Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP).

They work with Chris Eseman - Principal, Lori Stadler - Human Resource Manager, and Masako Wada - Principal. Their manager is John Nesholm, Founding Partner.
