Megha Sood

Megha Sood is an accomplished HR professional with extensive experience in various leadership roles. Currently serving as the Head of HR for Offshore Windfarm at L&T Hydrocarbon Engineering Limited since October 2019, Megha also previously held the position of HR Business Partner. Prior experience includes roles as HR Manager at Murugappa Group, where responsibilities involved working with Chola MS General Insurance, and HR Business Partner Associate at Cipla. Megha began a career in human resources at Larsen & Toubro Infotech Ltd as an HR Executive Officer. Educational qualifications include an Executive Diploma in Human Resources from XLRI Jamshedpur and a Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology from Thakur College Of Engineering and Technology.
