Patrick Matherly

Patrick Matherly has held various roles in the software engineering and data engineering fields since 2012. Patrick began their career as a Swim Coach at the Town of Chapel Hill, NC in 2012. In 2014, they worked as a Web Developer Intern at Critter.Co. From 2015 to 2016, they held three software engineering internships at IBM, University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill - ITS, and Apple. In 2017, they worked as a Software Engineer at EdLab, Teachers College Columbia University. From 2019 to 2020, they were a Lead Data Engineer at the NYC Department of Housing Preservation & Development and a Data Engineer for the COVID Prison Project at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill School of Medicine. Currently, they are a Software Engineering Manager at LoanWell.

Patrick Matherly attended the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill from 2013 to 2016, studying Computer Science. Patrick obtained a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from the same school in 2016. In 2010, they obtained a CPR/AED certification from the American Red Cross.
