Joanna Floyd, MBA, is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in Integrated Disability and Absence Management. Currently serving as Integrated Absence Solutions Series Lead at Lockton since November 2025, Joanna previously held the position of Vice President of Product Management at FINEOS. With a strong background in product management, implementation, and client consultation, Joanna has effectively led significant projects across various companies, including Sedgwick and Reed Group. Joanna’s expertise encompasses project implementation, stakeholder engagement, and operational readiness, supported by a Master’s in Management/Public Administration from the University of Phoenix and a Bachelor of Science in Cell/Cellular and Molecular Biology from Central Connecticut State University.
