Oliver Cheng

Oliver Cheng, MPP, currently serves as an Account Manager within Lockton's People Solutions Department, focusing on HR and employee benefits consulting. As a co-founder and principal consultant at The Forge Impact, Oliver targets social determinants of health through various client projects involving market strategy, product development, and policy analysis. Additionally, Oliver provides consulting services for People's Health Solutions, promoting sustainable community development. Previous experience includes leading business development at Impact Consulting, interning at Keck Medicine of USC and Lair East Labs, and conducting research at USC's Leonard Davis School of Gerontology. Oliver holds a Master of Public Policy in Health Policy, Economic and Community Development from the University of Southern California and a Bachelor of Arts in Anthropology from DePauw University.
