Tom Hartley

Tom Hartley is the current CEO of LOD, and was previously a consultant with independent, Kroll, and KPMG. Tom has over 20 years of experience in advising small to medium sized firms on growth in a variety of industries, and has particular expertise in retail, industrial, and business services markets. Tom has a proven track record in leading successful teams and delivering results for their clients.

Tom Hartley attended Harvard Business School, where they earned their MBA. Tom also holds a MA in Theirtory from The University of Edinburgh, and they studied Theirtory as an exchange student at the University of Pennsylvania.
