Vaibhav Jain

Vaibhav Jain is a seasoned technical support professional with extensive experience in application support and customer service. Currently serving as the Technical Support Lead at LoginRadius since December 2018, Vaibhav collaborates with various teams to deliver effective solutions while monitoring API performance continuously. Previously, Vaibhav held roles as Lead Technical Support Engineer and Technical Support Engineer, focusing on multi-platform application support and ITIL processes. Prior experience includes a Technical Assistant position at NIIT University, where support was provided to multiple teams, and teaching and training roles in academics, managing network infrastructure and account management. Vaibhav holds a Bachelor of Technology in Computer Science from Mangalayatan University.
