Luc Villeneuve

Mr. Luc Villeneuve, FCPA, FCA was appointed a member to the Audit Committee on May 10, 2018 and is the Audit Committee Chairman since May 9, 2019. Luc currently serves as a director on several private and not-for-profit boards and their audit committees, since retiring from Deloitte in 2015.

Luc spent his career at Deloitte, became a partner of the firm in 1985, and served as auditor for a number of Canadian public companies or entities such as LOGISTEC. Over the years, Mr. Villeneuve occupied various positions within his firm, namely Québec Audit Operations Director, Québec Public Sector Leader, Québec President, Board member and Vice-President of Deloitte Canada, and Board member of the Deloitte Foundation.

Luc holds a Bachelors’ Degree in Business Administration from HEC-Montréal. He is also a graduate from the Directors Education Program given by McGill University and the Institute of Corporate Directors.
